Yeah, Hop Devil is good… i live right down the street from it. However, what’s the deal been lately? Last few times i’ve walked by it, like this past fri night, for example it was closed! gate down and everything.. what gives?
Def a great place - good food, good people, decent service, etc.
I love this place. Totally worth every bit of it.
Went here with Kyle, Nir, and Boris (from Magnolia). Wonderful food.
Yeah, I love this place.
Good pad thai, of course
“Light or dark” is all you gotta know. I love em both, so throw back at least two and try em both.
Kyle says the best pancakes ever
delicious pancakes.
I thought their pepperoni slice was a-okay. When we get the 5-star system up I’ll give them a three. Probably better to order from Lombardi’s, and it’s the same price.
totally bangin’
Great to go with a group. Some of the highest quality meats (both traditional and exotic) in the city. Come ready to cook (and drink).
I’ve never been here. How is that possible? Is it good?
Sit upstairs.
Goodtimes. Bad art.
Over rated. Grab some coffee across the street and take your laptop home.
Yeah, that’s right! Seriously, they put crack in their noodles. And their chicken w/garlic and broccoli. And their steamed vegetable dumplings...and, they deliver! My drug dealer doesn’t even do that!
The food is great and the taxidermy is AMAZING.
Classiest brunch spot in the city. You’re not drinking unless its texas sized and sunday afternoon.
I think Caravan of Dreams is better, but this is a strong competitor. Though I’d rather have a burger, their portabello mushroom sandwich is pretty darn good.
HUGE fan. Cash only.
Great selection for an even better price!
Great cocktails, and simple, delicious, elegant cooking.
Sweet potatos are out of this world
free wifi, nothing else to write home about
I don’t think they ever change their baked goods. Gross.
best coffee in the city for sure. whitefish salad to boot.
Try a raison bagel with the salty lox and sample the finest dried fruit around.
I actually think the food is crap and I only went there because of CooBric.
We launched VentBox here.
Iced coffee is great when they pre-dissolve the sugar.
yeah… good stuff
Seriously, the French Toast rivals Frankies 17. Oven baked with fruit. Top it with bacon if you swing that way. Delicious.
I always forget how awesome this place is for some reason. Best food for your dollar on Avenue A.
I miss NY
The regular and the white pizzas are amazing.
by far the best coffee anywhere in the City. i can’t wait for them to open their next store. it’s a great experience.
sounds gritty.
Free slices of pizza with your beer order. Now that’s genius! Good birthday party place.
Just had the lemonade… fresh squeezed and soda water. Effin delicioso.
this is a Bartheimer favorite… get the wrap—that’s all i can say.
had a BBX meeting here with Kyle.
okay… i KNOW Sara introduced me to this place. yea sara!
not a bad place. good coffee. awesome carrot cake. at least wifi is less than sbux.
Went here with Kyle to work on BricaBox. The tea was good. Food was mediocre. Paying for wifi sucks but is forgivable.
I think Sara introduced me to this place. I LOVE the sesame noodles. Very peanuty. Yum.
This is a Bart-land-heimer staple. The FRENCH TOAST is amazing.
I went here with Caroline and Kyle and had a lot of fun. Great great pizza.
Kinda stinky, but closest to the office
nothing says lovin’ like wifi and coffee.
When I moved to the neighborhood and didn’t have Internet, I spent nearly everyday at 88 Orchard. I love it!
This is my all-time back-up bar. When in doubt, 2A it out!
love it™
Slammin’ choco-chip cookies.
Coffee is so so, love the free wifi and it’s wonderful in the summertime.
Nate, you’ve been telling me to go here for ages—maybe I ought to get to it soon.
I go here nearly every morning and get coffee. Best on Houston, by far (I think they get it from Puerto Rico Importers).

I had the chicken pesto sandwich. Next time I’d try some of the Bruschetta
